It has been my pleasure to have known Debra Gauthier both personally and professionally for over 14 years. For twelve of these years we worked together as the General Manager and Assistant Manager of a 150 full service senior apartment complex. In her role as Assistant Manager Debra was responsible for overseeing marketing, resident relations and management of care. She also managed the housekeeping department, together with assisting with the complete management of the facility and was personally responsible in my absence. Debby is loyal, trustworthy dependable and very responsible. You might think having a friend pop in to check on your unoccupied house is a good idea, but is a friend licensed and bonded? Does a friend have a checklist for both inside the house and out, including checking all lights, heating and a/c, sinks and toilets, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, windows and doors, irrigation systems? Will a friend repair a broken irrigation pipe, spray weed killer, prune overgrown bushes, or repair inoperative lights? Debbie and Jerry have gone above and beyond so many times in the 7 months that we have been working with them. I really don’t know what we would do without them, and would highly recommend them to anyone! It is so nice to be able to leave knowing that I don't have to worry about my home while I am away. I was the victim of a broken washer hose in 2004 and it caused $25,000 worth of damage and was not discovered for a week. I really wish I had known about you before that happened. It was just horrible, I had to stay with friends for a month and had to have fans running in my house for a good month after that to avoid mold problems.
