Please note: Everyone’s home is different. This price sheet should be considered a guideline. A written quote will be presented once a HOME CHECK ONE staff and you have reviewed exactly what your needs are while you are away.

Prices are determined by services rendered.

STANDARD SERVICES:

Random surveillance and observation, walk through the interior and exterior of home, vehicle re-arranging and start up, check and secure windows, check appliances, flush toilet, check for visible water leaks, monitor utilities, pick up paper, flyers etc. from driveway and yard, set utilities during trip and your return home, emergency notification.

Home checks are billed per calendar month

Key pick up/delivery service - $7.50

CUSTOM SERVICES:

This includes any additional service that is not covered in the standard service. May include: watering plants, minor repairs, emergency storm checks, or other services agreed upon between client and Home Check One.

Any needed supplies will be billed to client, upon approval of purchase.

Authorized hourly labor rate

(½ hour minimum) - $25.00

Mileage - $.50 per mile
