Home Check One is a Professional Service Agency that is Bonded and Insured.

The founders, Debra and Jerry Gauthier have lived in Arizona since 1982. Originally from Michigan, they are dedicated to ethical and professional service.

Home Check One was founded for the purpose of providing the residents of Peoria and surrounding area such as Ventana Lakes, Sun City, Sun City West, Westbrook Village, Blackstone, Vistancia and Coyote Lakes with home monitoring services.  Many of the residents in these areas are winter visitors and are here only part time.

Prior to Home Check One, Debra worked in healthcare and retirement apartment community management for over 30 years. During this time, she has been involved in the community as Past President of the Soroptimist International Valley of the Sun and Peoria Chamber of Commerce. She was member of the year with the NW Valley Chamber, and co-founded Human Services Professionals (HSP).

Prior to Home Check One, Jerry worked in the communications field for over 40 years.  He is proven reliable and has many skills, including the ability to make minor home repairs.  In addition to his role with Home Check One, he is currently the President for the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) for the City of Peoria, AZ.
